The newspaper "Znamya truda" has resumed its work

Resumed is the publication of the oldest Ingush public and political newspaper of the Sunzhensky district "Znamya truda" ("Banner of Labour"), being issued since 1925 and having ceased its activities in the 90-es.
As reported by the newspaper editor-in-chief Movlotkhan Khakiyeva, the first issue of the newspaper after a 15-year break has been published on June 6.
- In the crisis 90-es "Znamya truda" was unjustifiably closed, and the people of the Sunzhensky district were deprived of a reliable source of detailed information. Now, under the support of the President of Ingushetia Murat Zyazikov, the newspaper has resumed its work ad will be published twice a week - M. Khakiyeva said. According to her, the editorial board has tried at the most to save the old design of the publication, its logotype. "Znamya truda" will be published on four pages of A-3 format.
For many years the residents of the Sunzhensky district have read on the pages of this newspaper about the achievements, problems and the everyday life of population of the stanitsa. That life was close and understandable for them. Every citizen might apply to the newspaper for help in solving a conflict situation, express his/her views on urgent issues or show gratitude for their careful attitude.
The life of the inhabited areas of the Sunzhensky district was always described in full swing on the pages of the publication, it was the barometer of the newspaper. Therefore, when "Znamya truda" ceased to exist after painful and fruitless search for a crisis solution - this fact has saddened much the district population.
- They did not want to remain just bystanders of the ruin of the newspaper and for a long period of time they performed fruitless attempts to resume its publication. Recently, the district community appealed personally to the President of Ingushetia Murat Zyazikov with a request to assist in reestablishment of the favourite publication. The answer to the residents of the Sunzhensky district was the first issue of the newspaper "Znamya truda", - M. Khakiyeva noted.
